New Coverage to Microsoft Teams PSTN Calling Plans from Microsoft


In continuation to my post on 2nd Jan 2020 wherein we called out how we can leverage the Microsoft Calling for Skype for Business Online/ Microsoft Teams.

Microsoft has made a Big Announcement expanding the Coverage of the Microsoft Calling Plan in additional 6 Countries namely starting 1st October.
1.     Austria
2.     Denmark
3.     Italy
4.     Portugal
5.     Sweden
6.     Switzerland

With new 6 countries expansion in the Calling Plans Microsoft will be able to offer Microsoft Calling Plans in Total of 16 Countries. Microsoft is already providing the Calling Plan in the following 10 Countries & 2 Countries via Partners
1.     Belgium
2.     Canada
3.     France
4.     Germany
5.     Ireland
6.     Netherlands
7.     Puerto Rico
8.     Spain
9.     United Kingdom and
10. United States

11. Australia via Partners
12. Japan via Partners




Generally, the Features, Plans and other specification of the Microsoft Calling Plans remains the same. It would be interesting to understand how much the cost will be for the Domestic and International Calling Services.

New Feature Launched in Microsoft Teams End Meeting & Multiple Chat Feature
