Branch Office Survivability Support for Microsoft Teams Certified IP Phone

 



Most of the Organization have now started adopting Microsoft Teams Phone System Services directly from the Cloud. With the recent outages the demand for a backup services for the Teams Telephony services have voiced out from the customer.

Future Release for the Microsoft Teams IP Phone on the Branch Office Survivability. This would allow the IP Phones to make PSTN Calls even if the Branch Office faces Internet or WAN Outages.

 

How this Change will Benefit Your Organization

·        Teams IP Phone will support the PSTN Call capability even if the WAN Link is down.

·        Will support PSTN Connectivity with Microsoft Teams being in Offline Mode
