Microsoft Teams Meeting Limit

With most of the change’s happenings and upgrades with the New Features to Microsoft Teams Microsoft has made changes to the Microsoft Teams Meeting Limit.

There are multiple changes which Microsoft has announced in the Microsoft Teams Meeting Limit. The changes are as below: -

Firstly, the Standard Teams Meeting or Interactive Teams Meeting Limit has been increased from 250 to 300.

Secondly, in case the limit of 300 is still lesser you can purchase Advanced Communications add-on for Microsoft Teams which will give you an increase limit Teams Meeting or Interactive Teams Meeting to 1000.

Thirdly, in case you are using the Microsoft Live Events the current limit is 10,000 in case you need more limit you can purchase Advanced Communications add-on for Microsoft Live Events which will provide you the add-on limit to 20,000

Microsoft Teams Voice Gets Enhanced with New PSTN Call Routing Feature

Microsoft Teams Voice has recently added a new feature that allows administrators to control how PSTN calls are routed to user accounts. This is a critical feature for many organizations, as it allows them to separate PSTN calls from internal calls. The new feature is part of Microsoft Teams Calling Policy. To enable it, administrators need to log in to the Teams Admin Centre and navigate to the Voice section. Under Teams Calling Policy, they will see two options for PSTN calls: Inbound PSTN: This option covers any incoming call coming into the tenant via Direct Routing, Microsoft Calling Plan, or Operator Connect. Inbound federated: This option covers any incoming non-PSTN call that is originating outside your own tenant. Once administrators have selected the desired option, they need to click Save. Delegate Features in Microsoft Teams Get a Major Overhaul, Including Call Barging

Microsoft Teams has added new features for Delegate. One of the key features added recently is Call Barge. Is this the start of the Contact Centre Development within Microsoft?
