Microsoft Build Cloud Skills Challenge 2020: Free Certification Exam

Most of us have been a part of the Microsoft Build 2020 and participated in the Exciting Microsoft Build Cloud Skill Challenge. Below are the Steps to check and book the Free Certification Exam which was a part of the Microsoft Offering for every participant.

Steps to Claim the Free Exam Voucher are as follows: -

Step 1

Navigate to the Microsoft Certification which you want to Attempt and Click on Schedule the Exam




Step 2

You will be prompted to Login to the Microsoft Account as per the Below Screenshot. Kindly use the personal account for proceeding with the Certification so that you have an access to it



Step 3

Fill in all the details as requested



Step 4

Verify the Drop Down as per the Below Screenshot & Select Microsoft Build Cloud Skills Challenge



Step 5

Select the Account which was used for Microsoft Build 2020 Registration



Step 6

In case you are Eligible you will receive the following prompt



In case you are not Eligible you will receive the following prompt



Step 7

Click on the OK and Click on Go to Pearson VUE and Book the Exam as per the further convenience

Microsoft Teams Voice Gets Enhanced with New PSTN Call Routing Feature

Microsoft Teams Voice has recently added a new feature that allows administrators to control how PSTN calls are routed to user accounts. This is a critical feature for many organizations, as it allows them to separate PSTN calls from internal calls. The new feature is part of Microsoft Teams Calling Policy. To enable it, administrators need to log in to the Teams Admin Centre and navigate to the Voice section. Under Teams Calling Policy, they will see two options for PSTN calls: Inbound PSTN: This option covers any incoming call coming into the tenant via Direct Routing, Microsoft Calling Plan, or Operator Connect. Inbound federated: This option covers any incoming non-PSTN call that is originating outside your own tenant. Once administrators have selected the desired option, they need to click Save. Delegate Features in Microsoft Teams Get a Major Overhaul, Including Call Barging

Microsoft Teams has added new features for Delegate. One of the key features added recently is Call Barge. Is this the start of the Contact Centre Development within Microsoft?
